Click the ‘Join Here’ button above, and complete our online registration form. At the end of this form you will be asked to input your bank details to set up the mandate for direct debt for your membership of £39.

Once you have completed the form and inputed your bank details for your direct debt mandate, you will receive a welcome email from us with a temporary password and link to our online membership portal.

Please check your junk folder for an email from the Swim Centre, subject Swim Centre – Swim Lane Booking, if you have not received an email from us within 1 working day.

Once you have logged on, you will be prompted to input a new password and then you will be able to book your sessions for the month.

We are committed to providing the best swimmer experience we can and part of that is ensuring that none of our sessions are too crowded. For this reason and to help us stay in line with Covid-19 regulations, we have limited the number of swimmers at each member session to 12 (which is 4 swimmers per lane). If you turn up to a session you haven’t booked at you will be unable to swim.

You can book sessions easily through our Member’s portal which you can log in to directly from the menu bar of our website.

Once you have logged on you will see a weekly timetable with the sessions available. Simply click on the circle under ‘Attending?’ to book the sessions you wish to attend. If the circle goes green with a tick then your space is booked.

We have a handy video talking you through the process here.

Please only book the sessions you are definitely going to attend, if you cannot attend a session simply uncheck the circle so it is no longer green with a tick.

Please note that if you book a session but don’t show up you are in breech of your membership agreement, which could result in membership being revoked. Each unattended booked session will be charged at £6.50.

As part of your membership agreement you must let us know if you cannot attend a session you have booked, otherwise you have taken a space that someone else could enjoy. To cancel a session already booked simply log in and uncheck the session you no longer wish to attend.

Simply log into the portal, the session you have booked will be marked with a green circle under the word ‘Attending?’

It might be worth making a note of the sessions you have booked in your diary or reminders. At present there is no provision within the portal to do this.

No problem at all, just email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your membership. It will be canceled from the next months direct debit so you can continue to use your membership until that date.

Sorry these sessions are strictly adult only.

Please see the current timetable on our homepage by clicking here

When you login to the portal you can see what sessions are scheduled and which sessions have swims available.

We are committed to making sure ample time is available for members. If you have any requests for times you’d like to swim please email the office. If some times are popular we may add similar times to support members.

Our swim school hours (4-7pm each weekday evening) are reserved though and will not be opened to members.

No, our lane swimming sessions are exclusively for our swim members.

As every swimmer takes up a place in the pool we do not offer any joint membership discounts or group rates.

On your member’s portal you will be able see the vacancies for each session before you make your selection.

This will help you if you’d prefer to find a quieter session too, although please remember other members may book in after you book.

You can book sessions one month at a time. Sessions will be released on the 20th for the month ahead.

You can also book sessions on the day if there are slots available.

Please remember to uncheck the attending box if you can no longer attend the session to avoid ‘no show’ fees.

Each session is 1 hour. This keeps to our COVID-19 guidelines and ensures no more than 12 swimmers are in the pool at any one time. However if you want to swim for longer simply book 2 sessions in a row and you can stay in for the 2 hours.

Here are the terms and conditions. As part of the joining process we ask you to accept these. If you have any questions about these please email the office. By applying we understand that you agree to our terms and conditions and have read, understood and accepted them.

Once you are a member, it really is simple, you can just book, turn up, get changed, shower and go swimming.

As part of our climate change commitment to reduce waste we will not be issuing membership cards. We may ask you for identification as per our terms and conditions. At every session a member of staff will ask for your name. This is so we can take a register of attendance at each session.

Once you’ve finished you can get out, shower and change. Maybe enjoy a coffee on your way out…

For Covid-19 regulations with regards to changing facilities please following the guidelines outlined below.

We will constantly update this part of the FAQ to help members understand the regulations. Please follow staff guidance on site and expect to wait in socially distanced zones if the session you are attending has a following session where new contacts might need to be kept part from current swimmers.

Our easy guide to COVID and the swim centre is here

As long as we are allowed to open and all members respect the rules, we can operate safely. Any breach of guidance may result in suspension of membership.
